I am an “anytime I can fit it in writer”. I own and operate my martial arts school and am involved in multiple networking and community groups as well as being a wife, mother, and mimi.
2. Do you outline or are you a pantster?
I have an outline for each chapter and use that as my guideline.

I have currently only written non-fiction and that was based on my experiences. I am working on a fictional version of my book for kids and in that case, the plot came first.
4. Noise or quiet when working on your manuscript?
Doesn’t really matter. As a mother, wife, and mimi I learn to tune out A LOT of noise or I wouldn’t get anything done!
5. Favorite TV show? I don’t have one show, but I do love Sci Fi and anything supernatural.
6. Favorite type of music? Anything upbeat and uplifting. I use music to help motivate me and shift my mood. All of the songs have a positive message and make me dance.
7. Favorite craft besides writing? Sewing and making things-I love to create and gift things.
8. Do you play a musical instrument? Unfortunately, no. I was the middle child in my family and when I expressed interest my parents told me that I couldn’t do it. I do like to sing.

12. Favorite place to write? Outside in my backyard.
13. Favorite restaurant? Bonefish Grill
14. Do you work outside the home? Owner of my martial art school-Family Martial Arts Academy
15. What was the name of the last movie you saw? I stream a lot of Netflix and just finished “From Scratch” which was amazing.
16. Favorite outdoor activity? Playing with my grandsons
17. Pet peeve? People making excuses for mediocrity
18. Your goal in life? To help millions of women know how amazing they are and to empower them with the confidence to go and use those gifts to make a difference.
19. Your most exciting moment? I don’t think that I have one yet because my life just keeps getting better and better. My family is amazing and I get the most enjoyment out of spending time with my family.
